These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://alliance-discipleship.com and your participation in Alliance Discipleship Text Alerts, the text messaging program operated by Men of Alliance (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.

Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Description

Alliance Discipleship Text Alerts sends devotional content, discipleship group updates, and reminders. Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

How to Opt In

You can join the program in either of these ways:

• Complete the text message sign-up form on our website, entering your mobile number and checking the consent box.
• Text the keyword ALLIANCE to 828-660-1388 and reply Y when we ask you to confirm.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in any Alliance Discipleship ministry, group, or event.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 31 messages per month. Message frequency varies based on group activity and events.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To rejoin, text ALLIANCE again.

Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages. Carrier support may change without notice.

Device and Delivery

You must have a text-capable mobile device to participate. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is outside our control. Not all mobile devices or handsets may support the program.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user of, the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
• You agree to notify us if you give up or change that number, so we do not message its next owner.
• You agree not to use the program for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use automated tools to scrape or overload our forms.

Content

Devotionals, training materials, and other content on this site are provided for the encouragement and equipping of our community. You may read and share links freely. Please do not republish content wholesale without permission.
